I wish we could tell you how excited we are for this upcoming week. Our friends from Florida are coming to Hawaii and we are spending more than two weeks with them!!! Needless to say we have so much to catch up on. It has been more than a year since we have seen them.
Abby and I are doing really good. We just had a sleepover with one of my friends last night and it was a blast!! Today the whole family went to the beach for a while and had a good time. The sun kinda hid from us, but that did not stop Abby and I from tearing it up on the boogie boards. I like being on the boogie board, but since I have started surfing with mommy, I find that to be more fun. I am looking forward to the next time I get out on the waves with her.
Abby has not started surfing yet, but is equally as excited about starting ice skating lessons in a the next couple months. Yeah, I said it... ICE SKATING in Hawaii!!! Whatever, we have a blast doing it and Abby is quite the natural.
Since school got out last month, we have been going to camp on base. It is a pretty good gig and we go on some really cool field trips. The last couple included the aquarium, mini-golf and Sea Life Park. When we are not on field trips, we go to the pool or gymnastics or play sports at the center. Suffice to say we manage to stay busy. We like it so much that we get kinda upset when mommy and daddy pick us up anytime before the last minute. Oh well.
