A Quick Update

Hi everyone!!!

I am so sorry that I am so late at updating you all on my life. Things have been really rough this week as mommy and daddy have been working some really long hours. Daddy doesn't let me get on the computer without him being around so that is why I am only now writing.

Since last Friday when I showed you those really cool pictures of me and mommy riding our bike, I have been VERY busy. On Saturday I had to supervise mommy and daddy while they planted me a flower garden. I attached a picture to prove that I am a good boss. I pretty much stayed in the shade while they got dirty and hot. I think it came out okay, we will see in a month. I would hate to have them go back out again. Oh yeah, daddy said he would go get some more mulch so the colors blended better. I'm not sure what really happened.

On Sunday we went to Sandy and Jerry's for a cookout. It was so much fun. I got to play in my Pack'n Play and everybody watched me as I laughed. I had BBQ boppy and it was good. We sat out by the pool and talked about me all day long. I tell you what, being me is so wonderful.

Once the week started though, I have been doing the same trips to school everyday and pretty much having a good time. There was one day when I pretty much felt crummy and wanted nothing to do with playing with other kids. But since then, I have been practicing my push-ups and sitting. I am pretty much squared away with the sitting, and while push-ups are pretty rough, they are getting me into the crawl position. Right now all I know how to do is lunge forward. Not getting to far with that method so far. Daddy and mommy have been showing me how to crawl so much, but I have to be honest with you. I am going to let you in on a little "Munchie Secret". You have to promise to never tell!!! You see, I am smart enough to know that once I am crawling then they are going to expect me to learn how to walk and then before too long I am doing the dishes and mowing the lawn. So, why stop a good thing. I am perfectly content with being carried like a princess wherever I go. Keep the boppy coming and keep me dry, and I will be happy forever. Dumb parents!!!

Okay, I have great news. My aunt Carrie just had a baby. Her name is Emily Lynn and she is so beautiful. She is 6lbs 9oz and really cute. They just got home so I bet they are sleeping. I will send a pic of them next post.

Oh yeah, when you get a chance, check out my friends Olivia and Heath's websites. I have them linked on the side of the page here when you want to check them out later.

I have to go to sleep now. I get up every morning at 5:20. If I do not get to sleepy early then I am miserable in the morning. (I can actually sleep until 7 or 8 if mommy and daddy would let me.)

Gracie

How many more push-ups do I have to do?

Hey dad, what do you want? I am in the middle of something very important!!

This is the garden I helped do with mommy and daddy.
