Well, today was the day! My mommy and daddy have been so excited about today that it was actually getting on my nerves. What in the world is an inaguralamation???? Whatever, daddy watched it on the t.v. when he should have been sleeping today, and if mommy finds out what I know he is going to be in lots of trouble. Me, I don't really care. I kinda worry about social security and the war on terror and tort reform, but mostly I worry about not getting the boppy. If Mr. President had put in his speeches something about BOPPIES FOR ALL then maybe he would have got more than a measly 60 million votes. Oh well, I guess he will have to settle for a smaller majority, but as my daddy says, a majority is a winority. Actually he doesn't really say that, or at least not in front of me if he knows what is good for him.
Okay enough politics, today is a day for everyone in the world to see freedom march. While I don't really understand freedom very well right now (remember I am only 5 months old!!), I hear it is a pretty neat thing and that our country is taking some pretty tough punches trying to promote it. In my book, that is okay, keep doing what you are doing country (just make sure I get a boppy and some sleep during it.)
Yesterday was a great day. I think Ms. Maria was a little frazzled with all the other babies crying at school. I of course was on my bestest behavior. Mommy is taking me back and forth to school, which I really enjoy. Mommy is so wonderful to me and I enjoy every second I get with her. Matter of fact, daddy was asleep when I got home yesterday, so it was just me and mommy all night long. I should tell you I didn't get all that fussy. Daddy, are you catching on here? I am trying a new cereal, big news if you ask me!! I think I like it as I notice I am eating more and more. Please understand, I am still saving room for the boppy. But you have to watch me drink these days. I am all over the place. I love to look around while I am eating. There are so many things to see. Daddy is usually walking around, the fan is spinning, the lights are on, mommy's hair is all over the place Fox News is almost always on T.V. (I think Shepard Smith is a cutie). Anyway, I know I am making it difficult to feed me sometimes and I hope mommy and daddy can forgive me, but there is just so much to see and learn, I want to do it as fast as possible.
Okay, that was yesterday. I will tell you about today when it actually happens. I did want to give a shout out to my good friend Heath. He is having his 2nd birthday party on Saturday, and I while I think I will not be able to make it, I will surely be thinking about him. I have a picture of him somewhere with his daddy and me when I was born. Anyway, Happy Birthday Heath and tell your sister I said hi.
I have been getting some really nice comments about the things that I have been writing and I really appreciate it. There is this lady Sherri that wrote something and I showed daddy. He said some really nice things about her and mentioned that he misses her and her family very much. Thanks Sherri, you put a smile on my daddy's face. Oh yeah and Linda, you always make my daddy very happy. He always tells me how wonderful a cook you are. He tells me stories of how you used to drop pies off at the house before work for him and his friends. (He also felt bad for the times he let the trash pile up, just remember he was young and you should see him now. He is always cleaning up behind me and sometimes my behind!!!)
Thanks for reading everyone, I am glad you are enjoying my adventures.
