I Saw Winnie The Pooh!!!

Well, what a weekend. Mommy and Daddy did the coolest thing for me on Friday that I made sure I was good all weekend for them. They picked me up early from school (right in the middle of Pumpkin Pie snack) and took me to Disney World. You see, I asked them if I could go to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas not believing they would actually take me. Well low and behold, we were off to the Magic Kingdom for some partying!!

Now I wish I could say that this was an event free trip, you know... one of those where there are no lines, no problems and everyone is happy the whole time. Instead, on the way over we hit a pothole on the interstate and caused $700 bucks in damage to the new car. We got to the park a little later than we wanted to and had to wait in a long line just to park. Once in it started to rain and mommy kept hitting the people next to us with the umbrella. We did get a good spot to watch the parade, and while I loved it, daddy seemed to be getting frustrated with his video camera. Apparently if you read the fine print of all the reviews, you will learn that taking videos in low light with this particular camera nets you nothing more than a sore arm.

Anyway, once the parade was over, we staked out a place to watch the fireworks. Again, I had a great time and mommy loved them, but daddy... well he was having a hard time getting good shots of the fireworks with his regular camera. I tried to explain shutter speed and aperture to him but he would not listen. (mommy says he has a hard time taking advice from one year olds).

We ended up leaving after the fireworks and to be honest, I was cool with that. I got to see my favorite bear, Pooh and I was getting a little tired. It only took me a couple seconds to fall asleep once I was in the car. Yeah, the one that had a steady bounce to it all the way home.

So that was Friday. On Saturday, I go to hang out with the baby sitter while mommy and daddy went to the movies. They watched The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. They seemed to have liked it, but until I can actually speak some words that make sense, I will have to hold off on the deep inquisitive conversations.

So that brings me to the now. I just finished some yum-yums and brushed my teeth. I really need to get some sleep as I have to go back to school and tell all my friends about this weekend. I can not wait.

Until next time... Goodnight.

As far as the pictures, yeah I know they are a little random. I am really getting into being glamorous and wanted to show off a little.

I am not sure what is prettier, me or the Christmas Tree

Actually, I figured it out... it is me. I love to wear my party shoes!!

Daddy is doing his best to hang on to me at Disney World

We watched the fireworks, it was way cool.

I love Mickey's Merry Christmas Party! Silas and I used to play handbells there every year, right behind the castle. :) Sorry to hear it wasn't the best trip, but it sounds like Pooh helped to make it worth the trip. ;)
